yelling and kicking and punching. Maybe those things where you run really fast in place and then drop down for push ups , then jump up again (maybe that's football, not
bootcamp). It was a good class, and I was already super-sore from pilates, but I don't think I would have been able to tell the difference between that "bootcamp" and any other aerobics class. There was a substitute instructing last night, and I'll have to go again next week to see how it goes. She kept saying things like, "does she normally do this?" and "okay, are you doing okay?" Rather than coming up and yelling at us to work harder. I had my, "YES DRILL SERGEANT!" all ready to go. Maybe I'll start yelling at my cycling classes and teach them to yell "Ma'am yes ma'am" in response. Ha.Tonight is another round of pilates. I am going to try to get to the gym a little early because I need to loosen up a bit. I'm quite sore after the Sunday class. But I took some Vitamin I last night and iced my back, just in case.
Tomorrow there's a "funk aerobics" class, which doesn't sound like my style, but who knows? Maybe I'll take the time instead to set up my new trainer. Or maybe I'll get my funk on.
On Thursday, it's zumba. Have you heard of this? Check it out here. That definitely seems like something I would only do after a couple of drinks.

Awww. That part about the pushups makes me really miss football (practice). Up-downs (or down-ups?) were my favorite. I liked tackling the ground more than tackling people because the ground was always in the same place.
