It's not a crime.
(maybe just a few relatives)

(check)I had a great Thanksgiving day. I taught a totally packed class at the gym (60 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of abs) -- I guess folks were eager to do a preemptive strike on the Thanksgiving meal -- I read that a typical Thanksgiving meal has between 3,000 and 7,000 calories in it. By my calculations, you would need about 14 spinning classes to combat one dinner to just break even. Anyway. . .
Despite some jalapeno-related mishaps, I had a fantastic dinner: a big veggie salad and some veggie nachos. Fabulous.
I tried out the trainer as well. I got quite a workout just trying to figure out how to get my bike hooked up to it. I biked for an hour and 40 minutes, the same length of "Starter for Ten" (don't you just love James McAvoy?). It was too nice outside to be riding in the garage, but I really wanted to give it a try.
Voila!
I hope you had a good day too.
